At Westside Personal Training, we believe in the power of commitment and consistency to achieve your fitness goals. That's why we offer training packages designed to provide structure and encourage progress. For clients who prefer more flexibility, we do offer the option to pay as you go at a rate of $72 per one-on-one personal training session. Whether you're ready to commit to a package or choose to pay as you go, we're here to support your fitness journey every step of the way!
Level One - Small Group Class

Level One Small Group Training is for the individual completely new to strength training! This is a slower paced class aimed at improving mobility, strength and focuses on prioritizing proper form.
Level TWo - Small Group Class

Level Two Small Group Training is for the individual who has worked with a trainer in the past, has prior experience lifting or just needs a switch up from their normal routine!
Level three - Small Group Class

Level 3 Small Group Training is for the athletes! All of level 3 classes will be led by a Strength and Conditioning coach.
Small Group Training
Max 3-4 people per class. All classes are led by a Certified Personal Trainer and are a combination of strength training and mobility. All sessions must be used within the month they are paid for.
