Level One
Level 1 Small Group Class is ideal for those with some basic experience who are ready to build a good foundation of strength and consistency. We focus on refining technique, increasing intensity, and developing well-rounded fitness in a fun, small-group environment. Max of 3-4 people.
Level Two
Level 2 Small Group Class is for those with strength training experience, ready for advanced movements and progressive programming. Max of 3-4 people.
INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING
Completely new to lifting and don’t know where to start? Our Intro to Strength Training class is designed for someone who wants to build confidence, master form, and learn the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group setting. Perfect for anyone ready to start their strength journey safely and effectively.
