Level 1 Small Group Class is perfect for beginners, focusing on strength, mobility, and proper form in a personalized setting. Max of 4 people.

Level Two

Level 2 Small Group Class is for those with strength training experience, ready for advanced movements. Max of 4 people.

Level Three

Level 3 Small Group Class, led by Alex, is tailored for advanced individuals seeking sport-specific training, with a focus on performance in a small group of 4.
